On bad internet, or on largely federated rooms, this is very difficult to know
right now
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Send a message to matrix-hq
OBSERVED RESULT
Your send message will pop up, with no indication whether it arrived for
everyone yet, or if only you can view it
EXPECTED RESULT
Some sort of loading indicator or icon next to the message to indicate whether
it's still sending.
