Am I correct that this brush was saved/updated during Krita 5.1. beta 1? If so,
you can use my plugin:
https://krita-artists.org/t/brush-fixer-for-brushes-created-in-krita-5-1-beta-1/44075
to fix the brushes that are affected. Saving/updating brushes in 5.1 beta 2
shouldn't give you that issue.
