When I launch and start using Konsole, I can see a noticeable lag for every
window when moving them around. Even Konsole's window has a lag when being
moved around or when the cursor is used for any kind of interaction.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch Konsole (under Wayland)
2. Start moving the window across screen
3. Launch any other application and move its window around
OBSERVED RESULT
An observable lag during movement
EXPECTED RESULT
Expecting no lag (which is the case when Konsole isn't started)
