SUMMARY
I tried to replicate a "MacOs" desktop with a panel on top and dock on the
bottom, it worked fine until i opened 3/4 applications then some icons on the
bottom dock go to a second row (i disabled the second row in the settings of
the icons-only task manager).

My guess is a problem in the margins that the floating panel adds.
Also this problem doesn't exist if i put my panel on the right/left edge of the
screen.

I tried even adding other things to the dock but it doesn't help.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Make a floating panel with only icons-only task manager
2. Open a 3 or 4 applications
