It's an interesting idea but I think it would violate the conceptual model of
how a Task Manager works. If you want to pick windows spatially (i.e. based on
position on screen) we have a bunch of ways you do can do that. the Overview,
Present Windows, and Desktop Grid effects implement that paradigm. I don't
think it would make sense to bring it to the Task Manager too. But thanks for
the idea anyway!
