*This occurs on both Wayland and X11 Plasma sessions, so maybe the problem lies
somewhere upstream.*
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set keyboard layout to English (UK, Colemak-DH)
2. Enable Position of Compose Key -> Right Alt in advanced keyboard settings
3. Try to use the compose key
OBSERVED RESULT
Right Alt functions as normal, as a modifier to access alternate characters
EXPECTED RESULT
Right Alt functions as compose key

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Compose key = Right Alt works fine on qwerty.
