add a Filter to RGB colors, like Gimp,
to only affect Dark Colors, or only affect Backgrounds.
Not Text.

Total Translucency is Ok for some things, but Not others.
is Not smart Translucency.
For example:
Inactive Windows, Current Translucency method looks like Ghosts,
Translucent Objects in Real Life, are Background Transparent Most of the Times,
for example: Glass window with letters, or sticker,
letters in the sticker are Not transparent.
