STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install Krita
2. Change username from windows
3. Try to open krita
OBSERVED RESULT
Error: 1. could not create the resource location
This didn't get fixed with a reinstall, but after deleting the kritarc and
other configuration files that persist after uninstalling and reinstalling, it
started working again.
EXPECTED RESULT
Krita should open up normally and be able to update the path to
C:\Users\{current_user}\AppData\Roaming\krita
