OpenTimelineIO export is for exporting your edit list for use in another video
editing tool. Based on your screenshot it looks like there are some additional
pieces of software that were not included. You would need to install Python,
then the `opentimelineio` package, and made sure everything is in your system
path. I think it would be better if Kdenlive bundled this though. Also, it
seems that opentimelineio export isn't working at the moment: bug 426942
(Just to check, you are not trying to Render your project to a video file,
right?)
