I'm using Plasma 5.25 with 2 monitors and currently there is no option to
select which monitor use to display notifications. Also I can't understand the
logic by which the monitor is selected, at the moment they can appear on one or
the other.
It would be great if user could choose option on which monitor to display
notifications.
