Thanks for the detailed bug report. Unfortunately I cannot reproduce the issue;
when I follow those steps exactly, the window I opened on desktop 3 moves to
desktop 3, and the IOTM shows both of them.
Any chance you could attach a full screen recording so I can be sure I'm doing
exactly the right set of things to reproduce the bug?
