SUMMARY
There is no maximum value set for <widget class="QSpinBox"
name="displayVerticalLineAtColumn"/> so the maximum users can set is the Qt
default, which is 99. While a very high value makes no sense, some users do
have / prefer setups with, say, 120 - 140 chars.
This is defined in EditProfileAppearancePage.ui (current main)
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Konsole
2. Open the profile settings
3. Try to increase the "vertical line at column ..." setting to > 99
