The neochat header/window decoration icon is not visible and instead shows an
"file not found" icon
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install neochat
2. Open neochat
OBSERVED RESULT
The header/window decoration icon shows a generic "file not found" icon
EXPECTED RESULT
The header/window decoration icon should show the neochat icon
