SUMMARY
If I boot on my Lenovo Laptop on battery and then plug in the power the
brightness drops to the minimum setting but only on wayland
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install Neon User
2. Boot up on Battery
3. Plug in power
OBSERVED RESULT
Brightness drops but only when I boot on battery if I boot on Power it doesn't
EXPECTED RESULT
I expect the brightness to stay the same
