I can reproduce exactly the same issue - also with scaling set to 150%. With
scaling set to 100% it works as expected.
I have 3 displays. The behavior on the first and the second is exactly as of
the reporters. When I try to open the terminal on the third, it opens on the
middle of the second screen.
Tried upgrading to 22.04.2, but no change in behavior.
