I was hoping for a screenshot of the tab bar when using the Breeze Dark color
scheme. :)
Anyway, this is more or less an intentional change to ensure adequate contrast
between active and inactive tabs, but it's also configurable by editing the
colors in your color scheme. If you don't like them, you can edit them to
something you prefer.
