Solved it for me by renaming ~/.config and reboot.
Then I'd need to move the config-directories to the new created ~/.config for
the Applications I do use.
Removing plasma* files didn't solve it, think at least the issue where
somewhere with a kwin setting file, but couldn't figure out exactly what it
was.
