SUMMARY
Whenever opening Steam games in fullscreen with X11, one of my monitors turns
black until mousing over to it and the windows on that monitor behind the
active window turns transparent.
I have tried this on both my laptop (with nvidia gpu) and desktop (amdgpu)
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Add a 2nd display to setup
2. Start Plasma with X11
3. Open any game in fullscreen mode
OBSERVED RESULT
Second display goes black until mousing over it
EXPECTED RESULT
Game opens and nothing besides this happens

Linux/KDE Plasma: Fedora 36 (Nobara) KDE 5.24.5

KDE Plasma Version: 5.24.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.93.0
Qt Version: 5.15.3
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Observed both on latest Mesa-git and latest stable Mesa.
Have reinstalled system and I have tested with no packages installed besides
standard nobara install - just games (eg. Slay The Spire, Humankind, etc.)
Observed on both RX 6700 XT GPU and 1660 TI MaxQ (ROG G14)
