The 22.04.2 Flatpak renders poor quality / pixelated video using the MP4
format. I've tried other formats as well but they're all blurry/pixelated as
well.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enter video into Kdenlive
2. Edit video accordingly
3. Select to render using MP4 (under generic HD Web)
OBSERVED RESULT
1. The video renders but is blurry and pixelated

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The Kdenlive 22.04.2 flatpak was tested on 2 different laptops; one of them
with two different distributions and I found them to have the same result: poor
pixelated video quality
