The double-click-and-hold-on-the-desktop" quick settings bar doesn't appear randomly no more and tap-to-click stays working. And strangely enough there are no drawbacks. Only after suspension it often doesn't work no more. Then I have to wake it by tapping the screen with my finger on various places. That works most of the time.
