I'm talking about my main system with Plasma 5.7.3, I didn't try modesetting on KDE NEON with Plasma 5.7.90 git. It there is an Intel bug it must be somewhere else in their stack because modesetting has the very same problem. Kernel 4.4 and 4.7 both are affected. mesa git is affected too. P.S.
