As of Plasma 5.25, we have now rewritten the Present Windows effect to use the
same backend code as Overview. It's almost exactly the same thing as Overview
without the desktop bar, so if you want an Overview effect without the desktop
bar, just use Present Windows instead. It was hoped that we could avoid having
everything in one huge mega uber effect with 527,391 options in it.
