We disable screen edges and hotcorners in fullscreen apps in Plasma 5.25
because it was driving people crazy in fullscreen videos and games.
Unfortunately there's no way to distinguish between one of those and a
productivity app you happen tpo be using in fullscreen mode where yo don't want
them disabled.
In 5.25.1, we fixed the weird issue of the blue glow appearing despite not
actually triggering anything.
