I cannot reproduce this, so please check these questions:
* Are you talking about toggles like the eraser toggle in the toolbar?
* Are you clicking with the pen tip, or hovering with a button on the pen?
* Have you customized any settings in the wacom driver?
* Have you customized any Krita tablet settings? I.e, are you using wintab or
windows ink?
