SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install KDE 5.25.0
2. Drag the brightness slider above ~45%
3. Rather than working correctly the screen flashes the higher brightness and
then resets to ~10%
This is an intel backlight (framework laptop).
Setting the brightness to 100% manually through `echo 96000 >
/sys/class/backlight/intel_backlight/brightness` works fine.
