SUMMARY
Today I discovered a bug in which attempting to change a user password in
system settings fails as polkit is never brought up to authenticate the change.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open System settings
2. Go to "users"
3. Click on your user account
4. Click on "change password"
5. Enter new password twice
6. Click "set password"

OBSERVED RESULT
"Enter password" dialog goes away. Password is not changed.

EXPECTED RESULT
"Enter password" dialog goes away. Polkit is called to authenticate the
password change. Password is changed.

Have replicated this issue on two different computers running Garuda Linux (one
