So PackageKit does think that there are available updates. This is where
Discover gets its information from, so if there's a mismatch, you'll need to
report an issue to that library's developer at
https://github.com/PackageKit/PackageKit/issues.

The reason why Pamac agrees with `pacman` is because it directly talks to
`pacman` rather than going through the PackageKit abstraction library.
