We could potentially make it themable via Plasma themes but I don't think it
makes sense to let it be user-customizable. That's overkill that would
introduce bugs.
Ultimately I think when you say "I think it should be customizable" what you
mean is "I think it should look different". Is that correct? Can you explain
why you prefer it to look like the second attachment?
