SUMMARY
I have the shortcut for `Toggle Overview` set to `Meta + W` (the default) in
`Shortcuts -> Kwin`. I can toggle overview with this shortcut, but overview is
also toggling with just `Meta`.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Press `Meta`
OBSERVED RESULT
Overview is toggled.
EXPECTED RESULT
Overview isn't toggled.
