STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open SDDM kcm
2. install a sddm theme from KDE store
3. apply the sddm theme from KDE store
4. remove the sddm theme from KDE store
5. logout
OBSERVED RESULT
default sddm theme is in use instead of Breeze
EXPECTED RESULT
Breeze sddm theme should be applied after removing a third-party sddm theme in
use
