The issue still persists.
If in Configure>Configure Dolphin>Startup>Show on startup you select to go to a
specific location, "back" will be disabled at startup, no matter the location.
(Curiously, if you select to go where you were previously (which is the
default, and not relevant for this issue), "back" allow you to go home.)
