SUMMARY
plasma-org.kde.plasma.desktop-appletsrc is not properly updated after Desktop
layout settings is changed.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Wallpaper settings
2. Change Layout to Desktop
3. Save
4. Restart plasmashell
OBSERVED RESULT
The layout is still Folder View.
