STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to Edit > Resize image
2. Enter a large width, e.g. 100000px
OBSERVED RESULT
Gweview freezes/hangs
EXPECTED RESULT
Gwenview doesn't hang

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
It seems to hang in calculateEstimatedImageSize() doing lots of IO.
Moving the image size estimation to another thread might help
