SUMMARY
Right and bottom sides glitch out when resizing.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open any app (I tested it with dolphin, neochat, and some others)
2. Try resizing from top left corner.
OBSERVED RESULT
Right and bottom side expand in size and return to the intended size.

EXPECTED RESULT
Right and bottom size should not resize because we are resizing from top left
corner.
Konsole does not experience this bug when I tested it.
