Thank you for reporting. I can confirm the issue.
It seems as soon as a proxy get created Kdenlive doesn't check the original
file if it fits for "time remap". Without proxy Kdenlive ask for converting the
file to an edit friendly format applying "time remap". So it seems Kdenlive
neglect the origin file for rendering.
