SUMMARY
Fall Apart effect flashes at the end of animation
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Switch to the Wayland session
2. Enable the "Fall Apart" effect
3. Open and close some windows
OBSERVED RESULT
After the animation finishes with the window being broken into pieces, it
flashes one more time allowing you to see the exact window that you closed for
a very short period of time
EXPECTED RESULT
The Fall Apart effect works normally with the window breaking into pieces
without flashing it again
