That's a different issue from what's reported here. Please report it
separately, in another bug report. Thanks!

If you're reinstalling, I might recommend not only trying the Wayland session,
but also the Plasma 5.25 beta (or the full release in a month). We did a lot of
multimonitor work for that release.

Anyway based on the description, this seems to be Bug 353975.
