STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open a kde session

OBSERVED RESULT
I see all the apps of "automatic start" as Skype and Chrome web apps as
"messages" are launched.
They are not in the control panel.
They are not in "system monitor".
I must manually start all these apps.
EXPECTED RESULT
"automatic start" runs well
