I normally reboot using a custom command, and I can't set a custom reboot
command in kickoff. So the reboot and shutdown options are just not there.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. open kickoff
2. goto leave
3. done
Actual Results:
the reboot and shutdown options are just not there.
Expected Results:
gave me the options
