In general we always let people minimize windows, so it would be very
disturbing if this one could not be. And being able to maximize this one makes
sense, since it has a scrollview in it and that scrollview may have a lot of
content. So in this case that user might want to quickly make the window
enormous so they don't have to scroll so much.
