The spinner on the effect looks like its getting louder, but this has no effect on audio volume. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open a project with audio 2. Slice off a section of the audio and apply a Volume (keyframable) effect 3. Create a keyframe at the end and then take the first keyframe down to -60 Actual Results: Clip plays at volume of last keyframe. Expected Results: Clip slowly fades in over time.
