Is this is an unresolved bug?
I did a clean up in the ~/.local/share/kscreen directory and I had something
like 60 different configuration files from all the different places I been in
the past, including those from my previous laptop. I didn't have any issue with
KDE remembering monitor settings positions, rotation etc since at least 2017.
