Steps to Reproduce:
1. open any of these apps: chromium, Opera browser, Vivaldi browser, tixati,
gnome-mpv player
2. minimoze ALL windows
3, see the panel tooltip
Actual Results:
blury/pixelated app icon
Expected Results:
clear app icon
