The "enabled: visible" line in the code that is causing this bug has been
removed on both the Plasma 5.24 and 5.24 branches in git, which will cause the
Breeze lock screen to fall back to the default enabled value of true. So the
bug should be fixed now for folks who use the next versions of each of those
releases (5.24.6 and 5.25, respectively). Hopefully.
