SUMMARY
Using Gwenview to open a jxl (JpegXL) image gives the error "Loading "test.jxl"
failed Gwenview cannot display".
I am using Gwenview built into KDE Neon 5.24.5 that has KDE Frameworks Version
5.93.0 which to my understanding has support for jxl images.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open jxl file in Gwenview
OBSERVED RESULT
Loading "test.jxl" failed Gwenview cannot display
EXPECTED RESULT
Image opens and shows to the user.

Linux/KDE Plasma: 5.24.5
