Pick any existing mail and start to reply to it. The next empty field below the
existing recipients is "CC". Now delete all recipients: at this point it would
be very helpful if the first input would switch the combobox from "CC" to "To",
otherwise people like me hit "there is no To: given for this mail, are you
sure" warning permanently.
