STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. add a title with multiple lines and save
2. re-edit
3. extra lines have been added by the tool
OBSERVED RESULT
additional spacing (lines) added by the tool
EXPECTED RESULT
saved title on re-edit should be formatted unaltered by the text tool
