Sounds good. I would suggest that you report this to the Noto Sans evelopers
(Google) as that font is not a KDE project.
Alternatively, you can report it to your distro as that may have introduced an
error in their packaging, as I find it somewhat unlikely that Google broken
Noto Sans for everyone in this way.
