I can also reproduce the bug when connecting/disconnecting 2-3 times the external display. plasmashell and kded5 are not crashing but both get terminated. kwin_wayland still working. I cannot restart plasmashell nor kded5 and I get this message: "The Wayland connection broke. Did the Wayland compositor die?" I don't know what program is causing this issue.
