As this is a built-in GPU without dedicated memory, I don't think that the
memory clock actually changes depending on the GPU load. The  memory is shared
with the CPU, so the memory clock should not change.
Leaving glxgears running, it achieves about 60fps. When I start moving a window
the FPS drop to about 30-40 and the window movement is still choppy and not
smooth.
